Message from Donna Westbrooks-Martin, CEO

As November arrives, we pause to reflect on gratitude—for the families who advocate tirelessly, the educators who see potential, and the individuals with learning disabilities who show us what resilience truly means. This month, centered on family engagement and the spirit of giving, reminds us that support is strongest when it's woven through every stage of life.
Our vision is to create a continuum of services that support individuals with learning disabilities, and their families, across the lifespan. Our mission is building the framework of support for individuals with disabilities. November is when we see these commitments come alive—in the connections we nurture, the resources we share, and the communities we strengthen together.
Family engagement isn't just a program; it's the heart of what we do. When families are informed, supported, and included in the journey, transformation happens. When we give—our time, expertise, and care—we build pathways to belonging and possibility.
This November, we're grateful for every family who trusts us, every partner who stands beside us, and every person with learning disabilities who inspires us with their courage. We're committed to deepening those bonds, expanding our services, and ensuring no one walks this path alone.
The greatest gift we can offer is hope—and a framework of support that grows with each person we serve, from childhood through adulthood and beyond.
Thank you for being part of our community. Together, we're building a future where every individual with learning disabilities thrives.
With gratitude and hope,
Donna Westbrooks-Martin, CEO
